JMM, Congress involved in illegal encroachment in the name of party office: BJP

Jamshedpur : In recent times, the encroachment by political parties on the roadside and major places in Jamshedpur city has started gaining momentum. Political parties are opening their offices by illegally encroaching on main roads in many places of the city. On Wednesday, the BJP delegation led by BJP Jamshedpur President Gunjan Yadav submitted a memorandum to Deputy Commissioner Suraj Kumar on the continuous encroachment by JMM and Congress.

The memorandum said that JMM in Golmuri, Sakchi, Mango and Agrico of the city encroached land by the Congress and created a party office. The incessant incidents of encroachment on Tata Lease, Forest Department and other government lands are building offices. Those who have been entrusted with the responsibility to prevent encroachment of these lands by the High Court are blinded. In the recent days, such incidents of encroachment are coming out, political parties are putting their flag banners and encroaching at government places and using them commercially. But to prevent this, appropriate action is not being taken by the district administration.

Meanwhile, Pradeep Mahato, Sudhanshu Ojha, Sanjeev Sinha, Bari Murmu, Anil Modi, Rakesh Singh, Manoj Ram, Pushpa Tirkey, Manjit Singh, Pappu Singh, Jitendra Rai, Boltu Sarkar, Prem Jha, Gyan Prakash, Kostav Rai, Rakesh Babu, Mani Mohanty, Binod Kumar Singh, Narayan Poddar, Abhimanyu Singh Chauhan and others were present.
