Jharkhand’s first ‘Vistadome’ coach intercity express to be inaugurated today

Ranchi: Jharkhand’s first intercity express with ‘Vistadome’ coach will be inaugurated on Tuesday. Now Ranchi residents will also be able to enjoy Vistadome coaches. This coach will be included in the New Giridih Intercity Express. A Vistadome coach will also be attached to this train. Passengers will now enjoy this Vistadome coach as soon as the new Giridih-Ranchi train is inaugurated. The train will travel through Jamua, Dhanwar, Maheshpur, Koderma, Hazaribagh Town, Badakana Mesra and Tatisilve to reach Ranchi.

This coach will enable passengers to enjoy the beautiful scenery on the way. This route has a lot of natural beauty. The Intercity Express will operate on the Barkakana-Muri-Tatisilway route for a limited period. However, its scheduled route will be through the Barkakana-Mesra-Tatisilwe route.

According to the Chief Public Relations Officer of Hajipur Zone of East Central Railway, the green flag will be shown from New Giridih station under East Central Railway at around 10:30 am today. The inauguration ceremony will be held in Giridih, which will be attended by Union Minister Annapurna Devi, Giridih MP Chandra Prakash Chaudhary, local MLA Kedar Hazra and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state unit president and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi.

The purpose of the construction of this train is that the passengers can enjoy their journey while traveling from Vistadome. Those on the way can feel the breathtaking natural beauty. The train will have a total of 13 coaches. New Giridih-Ranchi Intercity Express train will be connected to Hazaribagh town by another train. 42 to 44 passengers have been arranged to sit in this coach. The biggest feature of this train will be its luxurious seats that can rotate 180 degrees. There will be tremendous pushback. Passengers will be able to see the view from any side comfortably.
The word Vistadome is a combination of two words Vista and Dome. Vista means landscape and dome means dome shape. It is a type of tourist coach with glass windows to travel while enjoying the scenery and its beauty. Such trains are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.
