Noamundi: On Thursday, in a joint operation led by Chumpua SDPO P K Jena Odisha police and SDPO B Kullu Jagarnathpur, Jharkhand police raided a village Turli situated on border of both the states and destroyed country made liquor factory.
The police teams have seized 5000 liters country made liquor from the place.
The Factory was able to extract 5000 liters Mohua liquor every day and used to supply the nearby places of Barbil, Champua, Jagarnathpur and Noamundi.
In this operation the in-charge of Jaggarnathpur police station RK Singh, BK Sharma and others police were present.
