Jharkhand needs to set up institution like Aligarh University: JB Tubid

Chaibasa, June 4: A felicitation function was organized for the students who have excelled in class 10 and 12 board exam, the results of which were announced recently, at Urdu Library Chaibasa on Saturday.

TAC Member and former home secretary JB Tubid was present as the chief guest for the occasion. Addressing the gathering, Tubid said, ‘It gives me immense pleasure to state that our Muslim students have rendered spectacular performance in 10th and 12th board examination and their achievement has not only brought glory to the West Singhbhum district but also the performance of the students gave great fame to the Muslim society.

It is education which paves the path of progress and dispel the darkness of life’. Momin Conference organised the felicitation of the district toppers.

He further said, the purpose behind establishing the Aligarh University was to educate the Muslim brothers and sisters so that they could contribute their best to the nation and Jharkhand also need to establish such institution .

The Moulana and Ulma should play a pivotal role to promote the education in their community. Special guest Master Md. Barik said, JB Tubid is the first IAS from West Singhbhum district and we expect students to follow his footsteps.

Later the students were given away wrist watch, pen, trophy and certificates by the chief guest . A large number of people and students were present on the occasion.
