Jharkhand Karatikas learn advance Kumite techniques at e-Kata Referee seminar

Jamshedpur, Jan 20:  Karate Association of India (KAI) organised free e-Kata Referee seminar on January 18. The virtual seminar was conducted by Rinshi Paramjit Singh, Referee, World Karate Federation (WKF) and RC Chairman, KAI.

Altogether 58 Karatikas (+18 Boys & Girls) from different districts of Jharkhand participated in the seminar. The virtual session was free and all the participants were given certificates by Karate Association of India.

The seminar was organised by Shihan L. Nageshwar Rao, General Secretary, Jharkhand State Karate Do Association and supported by Hanshi Likha Tara, President, Karate Association of India.

Earlier, the seminar was inaugurated by Rajneesh Choudhary, General Secretary, Karate Association of India. The virtual session was conducted as per existing rules and guidelines of World Karate Federation, which continued upto 5 hrs. The senior Karatikas of Jharkhand participated in the seminar and learnt about advanced Kumite techniques which will benefit them in future tournaments.

Rajneesh Choudhary appreciated the work of Jharkhand State Karate Do Association and assured that he will provide full support to the Karatikas of Jharkhand.
