Jharkhand High Court refuses lifting stay on JSSC result publication

Ranchi, March 26: The petition filed demanding a CBI inquiry into the JSSC CGL exam paper leak case was heard in the High Court on Wednesday. During the hearing, the Chief Justice’s court said that the court will not pass any order on this matter at present.

The investigating agency should submit its investigation report to the lower court and on the basis of that report the lower court will pass its order. Also, the court refused to lift the stay on the publication of the result.

The Advocate General argued on behalf of the state government, Advocate Sanjoy Piperwal on behalf of JSSC and Senior Advocate Ajit Kumar on behalf of the applicants
