Ranchi, June 23: Jharkhand chief minister Champai Soren has said that a campaign will be run by the government to ensure private companies give 75 percent jobs to local unemployed youths.
“We would strive to ensure that no youth remains unemployed and we will run a campaign so that all private companies take 75 percent of its employees from the locals,” said Soren.
Champai Soren addressed the gathering in Maubhandaar regarding the Van Shri Eco Cottage Yojana proposed by the Forest Department at Burudih Dam in Ghatshila on Sunday.
Champai further said, Jharkhand will develop only when the youth get employment.
“Our government is trying to give 75 percent reservation in employment to local youth in private companies. Local entrepreneurs are also cooperating in this process,” said Soren.
The chief minister said that after a long fight and struggle, the people here have got a separate state. After the formation of a separate state, the BJP government remained in power for the longest time. But in their government, an attempt was made to suppress the voice of the tribals and natives here.
“ Development got blocked. Our coalition government is committed to the development of all classes and groups ever since coming to power in 2019,” said Soren.
Champai Soren said that the JMM-Congress-RJD coalition government is making plans according to the sentiments and needs of the people. So that not a single plan proves to be useless.
“Our schemes are being prepared according to the sentiments of the Jharkhandis based on their needs. We want to bring the state amongst the developed states in the country. We want to bring Jharkhand out of the category of backward class and present it in front of the country as a developed state,” said Soren.
He said that the central government is being contacted to revive the closed industries in Ghatsila. He said, our coalition government is working to bring back the lost glory and prosperity of Ghatsila.
While targeting the BJP led Central government Champai Soren, said that an attempt was made to topple the democratically elected Hemant government of the people.
“They could not succeed in this, but under a conspiracy, they succeeded in sending the popular tribal leader Hemant Soren to jail. The public has given them the answer to this in this Lok Sabha election. Similarly, in the upcoming assembly elections, the public will answer BJP for its conspiracies,” said Soren.
Champai Soren launched several schemes during this period and distributed assets worth lakhs of rupees among beneficiaries of government schemes.
