Ranchi: Senior Congress leader and MLA from Lohardaga, Dr. Rameshwar Oraon, who did not secure a position in the Hemant Soren cabinet, is being considered for the role of the leader of the Congress Legislative Party (CLP). According to party sources, Dr. Oraon, due to his extensive experience and seniority, is likely to be appointed to the role.
Dr. Oraon previously served as the Finance Minister in the first Hemant Soren government and is well-regarded for his ability to represent the party and government effectively in the assembly. “Dr. Oraon’s leadership will be crucial in steering the party’s efforts in the upcoming legislative sessions,” a senior party official remarked.
