Jamshedpur, Sep 13: Sports Commentator Shyam Kumar Sharma was felicitated by Raveendran Sankaran, IPS Director General, Bihar State Sports Development Authority cum Chairman, Organising Committee during the 33rd East Zone Junior Athletic Championship held at Patliputra Stadium in Patna from 10 to 12 September, 2022.
Bihar finished runners-up among 11 other states with 471 points
Jharkhand emerged the overall winners of the championship with 485 points while Bihar finished runners-up among 11 other states with 471 points.
On the occasion, Secretary of Bihar State Athletics Association Md Liaquat Ali, Manager of the Meet cum Technical Officer of AFI – ME Shamsi, Secretary of West Bengal Athletic Association, Secretary of Jharkhand Athletics Association CD Singh, AFI Technical delegate, and other office bearers of Bihar Athletic Association were present.
