Jamshedpur, Mar 27: Registrar General of Jharkhand High Court, Manoj Prasad, has announced that courts across Jharkhand will no longer operate morning sessions.
A formal notification (No. 73/R&S) has been sent to all Principal Judges, Session Judges and the Judicial Commissioner in Ranchi.
Previously, courts in Jharkhand conducted morning sessions from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM from the first week of April to the last week of June. However, this schedule has now been permanently discontinued.
From now on, courts will function from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, as per the decision of the Jharkhand High Court.
