Jharkhand CM to participate in ‘Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ in Jamshedpur on Dec 7

Jamshedpur : The district administration is busy in preparations for the visit of Chief Minister Hemant Soren to East Singhbhum on 6th and 7th December.

He is proposed to participate in the district level program of ‘Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ in Potka on 7 December.

Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri held a meeting with District Level Officers, BDO, CO and gave necessary guidelines

Assets will be distributed among the beneficiaries of various schemes by the hands of the Chief Minister.

Soren is proposed to participate in the district level ‘Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ program at Savanadih Football Ground of Potka Block on 7th December. Under the said programme, the Chief Minister is likely to arrive in the district on 6th December.

Regarding the arrival of the Honorable Chief Minister in the district and the preparations for the program, a meeting was called in the Collectorate Hall under the chairmanship of District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner Mr. Manjunath Bhajantri. In the meeting, the entire outline of the program was reviewed in detail and necessary guidelines were given.

Assets are to be distributed among the beneficiaries of various public welfare schemes in the district level ‘Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ program to be organized by the Honorable Chief Minister of Jharkhand at Savnadih Football Ground, Manpur Panchayat of Potka Block.

In the meeting, District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner gave necessary guidelines to all the district level officers, block development officers, zonal officers and concerned regarding the successful organization of the program. He directed that everyone will be available 24×7 in this program and will work with promptness and full dedication so that this program can be completed successfully. He obtained information about the assets to be distributed among the beneficiaries and gave necessary directions to the concerned officials.

Apart from this, the District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner said that due to the arrival of the Honorable Chief Minister, necessary arrangements including traffic arrangements, security and law and order, deputation of Magistrate and police officers, approach road and barricading at Savanadih football ground, care of the beneficiaries, etc. will be made in the district. Carefully reviewed all the other important preparations including the management of the meeting grounds and gave appropriate directions to ensure that the program is conducted in an organized manner. Instructions were given to maintain the seating arrangements for the dignitaries and beneficiaries coming to the program, drinking water supply in the grounds, toilets, availability of medical team, ambulance and other arrangements.

In the meeting, Deputy Development Commissioner  Manish Kumar, SDM Dhalbhum Piyush Sinha, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jaideep Tigga, Director NEP Mrs. Jyotsna Singh, Civil Surgeon Dr. Jujhar Majhi, SOR, Deepu Kumar, DCLR, Ravindra Gagrai, District Public Relations Officer, Rohit Kumar, District Panchayat Raj Officer, District Agriculture Officer, District Fisheries Officer, Assistant Director of Social Security, officials of municipal bodies, officials of all technical departments and all other concerned officials were present.
