Assets to be distributed among 63,856 beneficiaries

Seraikela, Nov 11: Chief Minister Hemant Soren will launch 187 welfare schemes at Birsa Munda Stadium in Seraikela tomorrow. He will also inaugurate 124 projects during the much awaited Apki Yojana Apki Sarkar Apke Dwar programme. Assets would also be distributed among 63,856 beneficiaries of different welfare schemes on this occasion.
In view of the CM’s visit, Seraikela-Kharsawan district administration here made elaborate arrangements to ensure its grant success. Tight security arrangements have been made at the programme venue.
Yesterday, Deputy Commissioner Arava Rajkamal and Superintendent of Police Anand Prakash convened a joint meeting at the Collectorate auditorium and reviewed preparations for the programme. The DC directed the officials to complete all pending work well before the deadline.
Three parking areas will be set up at Kharsawan Road No 2 and Rajnagar Road No 1 in order to ensure smooth traffic flow during the programme and prevent inconvenience of common people.
The DC said the police would run a surprise checking drive to prevent drink driving during the programme. The CM’s programme would be broadcast live on Jhargov.Tv. Heavy vehicles will not be allowed entry from Kandra Toll Plaza to Seraikela-Chaibasa route.
