Jharkhand CM performs seventh day rituals of Dishom Guru Shibu Soren

Ramgarh, August 11: Chief Minister Hemant Soren, along with his family members, completed the traditional ritual of “seven rituals” today for the peace of the departed soul of JMM founder and veteran tribal leader Dishom Guru Shibu Soren.

Chief Minister Hemant Soren, with a heavy heart, is not only performing the duty of a son, but is also discharging the responsibility of governance from his native village Nemra with full readiness and commitment, carrying the memories of the late “Guruji”. On the other hand, a large number of people from different places of the state gathered in Nemra village to pay tribute to former Chief Minister and Rajya Sabha MP Dishom Guru Shibu Soren.

All the people who came from far and wide paid emotional tribute to Guruji. On the occasion, people met Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren and expressed their deep condolences. This religious ritual was performed for the peace of the departed soul, in which the Chief Minister participated along with his family members.

The people present on the occasion remembered the contribution of late Dishom Guru Shibu Soren, his life values and his works of public service. Expressing their condolences to Guruji, people said that Guruji’s life has been a priceless example of struggle, sacrifice and public service. He remained steadfast even in the most difficult circumstances and never compromised on his principles. His unwavering dedication, struggle and sacrifice towards public service will always be remembered by the coming generations. Those who paid tribute included ministers, MPs, MLAs, former ministers, MLAs, dignitaries and a large number of common people.
