Ranchi, Feb 17: Jharkhand chief minister Hemant Soren accompanied by JMM national president and Rajya Sabha MP Shibu Soren attended the Shradha ceremony (funeral rituals) of his maternal younger brother Kishore Tuddu who died after a prolonged illness on February 7 last at Chakulia village of Chandil block in Seraikela-Kharsawan district.
Chief minister interacted with his aunts and their families and also with villagers during his stay in the village for over two hours.

Hemant Soren and Shibu Soren arrived by road route from Ranchi and were given a welcome and guard of honor by the district administration in Chakulia village of Chandil block under Seraikela-Kharsawan district.

Later in the day, Hemant Soren also listened to the problems of the general masses in the village and took down their petitions and directed the Seraikela-Kharswan district officials to solve all the issues at the earliest.
In the evening, Hemant Soren and Shibu Soren left for Ranchi by road route. Ichagarh MLA Savita Mahato and host of JMM leaders were present at the function.
