Jharkhand: BJP leader of Oppn confident of party winning majority in LS, Assembly polls

Jamshedpur, October 21: Chandankiyari MLA and state BJP president of Scheduled Caste Morcha and BJP legislature party leader Amar Kumar Bauri reached the city on Saturday.

On his first arrival in the city after becoming the leader of opposition, BJP workers welcomed him warmly at the district office in Sakchi.

Speaking to the media, Amar Bauri said that BJP is a family-like party and whenever someone gets a responsibility, the workers of the entire family get determined and fulfill the responsibility. BJP should have got this opportunity four years ago, but the Hemant government deliberately suppressed the voice of the opposition. Due to the lack of opposition leader in the state, many constitutional issues remained secondary.

He said that now one year is left and among the responsibilities given to him by the party, the questions and issues  of Jharkhand people which have been continuously neglected by the government would be raised and BJP will fight vigorously inside the House on issues like corruption, broken law and order, unemployment, broken promises, crimes against women.

Amar Bauri said that state president Babulal Marandi has visited all the assemblies through Jansankalp Yatra and conducted a referendum on the shortcomings of the government and public anger at the grassroots level.

In the coming days, we will work to corner the government on the same issues on the floor of the Assembly. He expressed confidence that BJP will get a big victory on all the 14 Lok Sabha seats of Jharkhand in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. At the same time, BJP government will be formed with full majority in the assembly elections.
