Jamshedpur, Dec 5: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Jharkhand is gearing up to intensify its membership drive across the state, following the recent assembly elections. Dubbed “Sangthan Mahaparv,” the campaign aims to connect more people to the party’s ideology and policies. The BJP’s leadership has devised a comprehensive strategy to ensure the success of this initiative, which had been delayed in Maharashtra and Jharkhand due to the election schedule.
As part of the efforts to boost the campaign, Jamshedpur Mahanagar has appointed district coordinators and co-coordinators to oversee the drive. Jamshedpur Metropolitan President Sudhanshu Ojha announced that Dr. Rajiv Kumar, the State Coordinator of the Jharkhand Education Cell, has been appointed as the District Coordinator. The campaign will also be supported by several co-coordinators, including former General Secretary Khela Ram Besra, former Mandal President Mantu Charan Dutta, and former Mandal President Santosh Thakur.
In a statement, Ojha emphasized, “The membership campaign is crucial in strengthening the organizational structure of the party. Through workshops and training, our workers will be equipped with the knowledge of the campaign’s goals and methods to ensure its success at every level.”
To prepare for the campaign, key workshops will be held to train the district-level and mandal-level leaders. The District Coordinator and co-coordinators will attend a state-level workshop on December 8, which will be led by the Jamshedpur Mahanagar District President at the party’s state office in Ranchi. Following this, a Mandal-level workshop will be held on December 10 to train party workers in various parts of Jamshedpur Metropolitan.
With dedicated efforts at the grassroots level, the BJP is confident that this campaign will reinforce its presence in the state, further mobilizing supporters and expanding its organizational base.
