Jamshedpur, Sept 11: The second meeting of the eighth executive committee of Jharkhand State Marwari Yuva Manch was convened in Golmuri on Saturday, September 11 where the Surabhi unit of steel city branch played host. 40 officials of Marwari Yuva Manch (MYM) from Jharkhand province participated in the second executive committee meeting of the eight executive body. The meeting was jointly inaugurated by National President of All India Marwari Yuva Manch, Kapil Lakhotia and President of Jharkhand Provincial Marwari Yuva Manch, Nandlal Agrawal.
National President Kapil Lakhotia said that Marwari Yuva Manch was not a school but a laboratory. “Here scientists dedicated to the society are prepared as assiduous workers and they are prepared to serve the society according to the scientific projects prepared and undertaken. Jharkhand State Unit is the best performer among the 15 Provincial Units in the All India Marwari Yuva Manch Pariwar. The members of MYM steel city branch’s Surabhi wing have given wings to women power by fulfilling delicate needs of society in a determined and dedicated manner.”
Jharkhand State Marwari Yuva Manch President Nandlal Agarwal said that Jamshedpur had always been the land of quality programs and had set a perfect example among 75 branches of Jharkhand through active women’s wing like Surabhi that was continuing to cater to social needs especially on the women and children scenario.
A poster for a proposed mass marriage programme to be organized by Surabhi at Sidgora Surya Mandir on December 2 was jointly released by Kapil Lakhotia and Nand Lal Agrawal during the meeting. Among other dignitaries present in the meeting were former MYM State President Vinay Agarwal, Nandkishore Agrawal, Praveen Jain and outgoing state President Abhishek Agarwal, President of Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ashok Bhalotia, President of PSZMS Ashok Modi and President of Zila Agrawal Sammelan Santosh Agrawal.
Surabhi members’ children win hearts with symbolic messages
During the program, children of Surabhi members made attractive posters and models to denote symbolically the social projects undertaken by the women’s wing of MYM steel city branch. The children, with the aid of posters, models, actions and dress projected the Surabhi spheres of activity including Amritdhara (cool drinking water machines), mission organ donation, cancer awareness campaign, girl child protection, artificial organ transplant, blood donation, ambulance services and medical relief including oxygen cylinder bank during the testing and trying COVID second wave. The brilliance of the little geniuses won accolades of all functionaries and delegates in the meeting.
Presiding the meeting, Surabhi Branch President Manisha Sanghi delivered the welcome address at the inaugural session. The program was anchored by Yuva Manch State General Secretary A Gupta and Surabhi Branch Secretary Kavita Agarwal jointly. Program coordinator Pooja Agarwal proposed the vote of thanks. MYM National Executive Member Vijay Anand Moonka, State Treasurer Vikas Jhajharia, State Vice President Rohit Sharma, Vivek Leela, Alok Agarwal, State executive Manish Sharma, Vishal Padia, Anand Agarwal, Sarthak Agarwal, Bajrang Agarwal, Ashray Jhajharia, Sushil Agarwal, Vishal Palsania , Amit Agarwal, Amit Sharma Lokesh Bagaria and Harish Agarwal participated in the discussions.
Surabhi executives and members including Usha Chaudhary, Nidhi Agarwal, Renu Agarwal, Pinky Ringasia, Jyoti Agarwal, Ranju Agarwal, Chanda Chaudhary, Pinky Chhavchharia, Parul Chetani and others organized all facilities during the meeting.
