Ranchi: Sleuths of Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB)- Ranchi on Thursday arrested Sadar circle officer for taking bribe.
The arrested circle officer has been identified as Munshi Ram and he is being currently questioned about his crime at the ACB headquarters.
A senior officer of the bureau told the media that Ram was demanding bribe from one in connection to completion of land-related documentation. The complainant was not willing to pay bribe to the circle officer lodged a complaint with the bureau.
The circle officer was nabbed red-handed while accepting bribe from the complainant.
