Jhargram, Jan 3: A Nayagram police team headed by SDPO of Gopiballabpur, Krishna Gopal Meena, raided several spots on receipt of reports of rampant illegal sale of India Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) in Nayagram Block. A raid at a Nigui village house yielded 250 bottles of assorted measures and brands of IMFL.
A total of 421 liquor bottles have been recovered from various localities including Chandabila during the drive against illegal sale of IMFL. The police have been conducting investigation and are arresting people involved in the business of illegal sale of IMFL.
