Jamshedpur: The 13th Annual Jeen Mata Mahotsav, a two day event, will be organized on April 1 and 2 by Shri Jeen Mata Pariwar Jamshedpur at Sakchi Bengal Club AC Hall.
According to the organisers, artisans from Kolkata will decorate the darbar of Jeen Mata using flowers. The attraction of the religious event will be 108-metre-long chunari which will be offered to Jeen Mata by the devotees.
On the first day, the Nishan (flag) Yatra will be taken out by devotees from the Sakchi Shiv Mandir and move in a procession to Golmuri Shiv Mandir where Ma Jeen Bhavani�s temple is situated.
Jeen Shakti Mangal Path will be recited from 3 pm on Tuesday April 2, by Sunil Snehi and Aradhana Shukla from Kanpur. Thereafter, from 8 pm onward, bhajans would be performed by popular artistes from Kolkata Jay Shankar Chowdhary and Swati Agrawal.
The coupons from Nishan Yatra and Mangal Path are being distributed among the devotees on first come first serve basis. Devotees willing to have coupons can collect it from Shambhu Khanna (Mill Area Sakchi), Agarwal Medical (Sakchi) Shobha Medical (Kadma Market), Natwar Singhania (Jugsalai), Sharma Ayurvedic Store (Jugsalai), Anjani Medical (Golmuri) and Jeen Mata Mandir (Golmuri). All the members of the Pariwar are supporting in making the event successful.
