Jan Samvad Kendra completes a year

Ranchi. May 3: Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Tuesday said that he will not let anyone defame his government. He said that he could not celebrate his birthday and, for the first time, he is celebrating it with the administrative officers.

Having come from the labor class, he rarely celebrated his birthday, Das said, adding, he would not let the state go down till he is in office.

By dint of his honesty and endeavor, he restored peopleís faith which the previous government couldnít do in the past 14 years, he claimed while addressing Sidhi Baat(Jan samvad) program at Soochana Bahwan.

The CM summoned the administrative officers to change the system or they will fall victim to it after they retire. Referring to the achievements of CS Rajbala Verma, the CM said that people praise her for better roads all over the state.

The CM said that effective and transparent governance is everyoneís right. He praised the administrative officers for being sensitive to the grievances of the people. He agreed on lack of manpower in the state but at the same time, he said that it will be sorted out soon.

This budget was mostly complied with the suggestion of the people. He said that Single Window System is a novel concept praised by even the Prime Minister. Schemes should be economic and completed on time.

Das announced that the constructive suggestions from strengthening the state point of view will be rewarded with Rs. 51,000 instead of Rs. 21,000. He suggested the officers to reward the person who completes the scheme at a reduced cost.

The CM facilitated Krishnakant from Giridih (for single window system), Prof. Amitabh Bharati (Gumla), Devraj Prasad of Simdega and Rishi Kr. Tiwari of Garhwa by presenting them with Rs. 21,000 each for their valuable suggestions.
