Jamshedpur, January 16: Tata Steel Zoological Park (TSZP) celebrated its 35th Foundation Day with a special event held in the zoo premises on January 16. The occasion featured a cake-cutting ceremony attended by prominent dignitaries, staff members, and other stakeholders.
The celebration was graced by Captain Amitabh, Secretary of Tata Steel Zoological Society (TSZS), Ajay Kumar Singh, Member of TSZS, Raghunath Pandey, President of TSZS Workers’ Union, Dr. Naim Akhtar, Deputy Director (General Administration) of TSZP, and Dr. Manik Palit, Deputy Director (Veterinary) of TSZP, along with other dedicated members.
In his address, Raghunath Pandey praised Captain Amitabh and the entire zoo team for their unwavering commitment to animal welfare and biodiversity conservation. He highlighted their tireless efforts and dedication, which have played a crucial role in the zoo’s success and its contributions to wildlife preservation.
