Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur native Kanishka Sharma, a 2021-batch Karnataka-cadre IAS officer, has been honored with the “Best Revenue Officer of the Year 2024” award for his exceptional service and performance in providing revenue services to the public.
Kanishka, currently posted as the Assistant Commissioner cum Sub Divisional Magistrate of Karwar (Karnataka), received the prestigious award from Karnataka’s Revenue Minister Krishna Byre Gowda during a ceremony held in Bangalore. The event was attended by several senior bureaucrats. Kanishka Sharma is the son of former Tata Steel Executive Prabhat Sharma.
