Jamshedpur’s Faiz Imdad shines in JEE Advanced, secures 535th rank in GEN-EWS

Jamshedpur, June 18: The students of Jamshedpur have showcased outstanding performance in the JEE Advanced examination. Faiz Imdad, hailing from the city, has achieved a remarkable feat by securing the 535th rank in the GEN-EWS category of JEE Advanced. Faiz had diligently prepared for the exam at Allen Kota, a renowned coaching institute. Interestingly, Faiz Imdad is the brother-in-law of Akram Khan, the Central Vice President of Jharkhand Yuva Morcha. His CML (Common Merit List) rank stands at 4602. Faiz completed his secondary education at Xavier’s School Tamulia and pursued his intermediate studies at Karim City College.

Dreams of engineering in computer science

Expressing his aspirations, Faiz Imdad revealed his desire to pursue engineering in the field of computer science and technology at either IIT Roorkee or IIT Mumbai. Delighted with his son’s achievement, Faiz’s father, Imran Khan, and mother, Zeenat Parveen, expressed their immense joy. They credited the entire family’s efforts and hard work for Faiz’s remarkable success.

16 hours of daily study, minimal mobile usage

Faiz Imdad attributed his success to his rigorous study routine, devoting 16 hours a day to his preparations. He consciously minimized his mobile phone usage, employing it solely for essential and study-related purposes. Faiz emphasized the importance of focused concentration while studying, asserting that it leads to exemplary results.
