Jamshedpur, Dec. 21: It was an emotional and euphoric moment for Priyadarshini Nieharika, Face of North Mrs India- Pride of Nation, when she paid a visit to her alma mater Sacred Heart Convent on Tuesday morning. The students, teachers and authorities of Sacred Heart Convent accorded a grand welcome to the beauty queen.
The crowned beauty, who has made the entire city proud with her achievement, acknowledged the contribution of her teachers and interacted with students at the school.
Nieharika was also awarded with the title of ‘Best Smile’ at the grand finale of Mrs India Pride of Nation 2021 held at Delhi. The contest was organised with an aim to empower women and help them gain the confidence to display their real beauty and wisdom.
She was accorded a grand felicitation by the school authorities. The huge applause that welcomed her brought back memories and tears into the eyes of the reigning beauty.

“It was like a dream come true for me, revisiting my campus, meeting teachers and students. I was keen to visit my school ever since I won the Face of North Mrs India- Pride of Nation. School was always home for me. The guidance and motivation given by the teachers has made me steadfast in my goals, said Mrs India, adding that it was a nostalgic moment for her to be at school.
Addressing the senior students, Nieharika motivated them to be focused and aim for greater heights. “I owe my success to the values and education I received from my hometown Jamshedpur. My mother is my role model and my brother and my husband have been very encouraging. I think our city gives such values that help us to excel in every field,” she noted.
The teachers of Nieharika also recalled how their former student gradually transformed from a shy girl to a confident and blooming beauty. However, everyone agreed that this young beauty with brains has always been humble and down to earth.
Sister Rashmita, principal, Sacred Heart Convent School expressed great pleasure and pride at the accomplishment of her former student and congratulated her on behalf of the school.
