Jamshedpur, July 13: Aadhya Singh of Shuttler Zone, Mohan Ahuja Stadium, Jamshedpur, bagged the third position in the girls’ singles U13 event of the All India sub junior badminton championship held at Pullela Gopichand Badminton Academy, Hyderabad. She received a certificate and cash award of Rs 7000 from Badminton Association of Telangana. Aadhya is the first player from Jharkhand to achieve the feat.
K Prabhakar Rao, Chairman of Para Badminton India and secretary of Jharkhand badminton association congratulated Aadhya and wished her luck for future tournaments.
