Jamshedpur, Sept 15: Abhishek Sen, a resident of Sonari, has accused four of his acquaintances of attempting to kill him and snatching his valuables.
According to Abhishek, on the night of September 11, his friends Akash Arora (Jugsalai), Biru (Kadma), Vishal (Bagbera), and RDX (Sonari) took him along from the Kadma Ganesh Mela on a false pretext. He alleged that after forcing him to consume alcohol, the four assaulted him in Bagbera and attempted to kill him. During the attack, his mobile phone, jewelry, and cash were forcibly taken away.
Abhishek somehow managed to escape around 3 a.m. and reached Sonari Police Station to lodge a formal complaint. He also submitted a written application to the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), demanding the immediate arrest of the culprits.
He stated that the accused not only tried to take his life but also looted him, leaving him traumatized. Abhishek appealed to the district police administration to ensure strict action against the accused, recover the stolen items, and deliver the harshest punishment to those involved.
