Jamshedpur, Aug 18: The MBA Department of Jamshedpur Women’s University, under the esteemed guidance of Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr) Anjila Gupta, orchestrated one day ‘Self-Development Workshop’ centered around mindfulness and meditation. The event welcomed distinguished guests from the Brahma Kumaris organization who shared their profound insights.
The workshop commenced with a symbolic lighting of the lamp, carried out by the guests including BK Ruchi, BK Anjana, and Dr Peeyush Ranjan.
Noteworthy personalities from Jamshedpur Women’s University, including DSW- Dr Kishwar Ara, Proctor- Dr Sudhir Sahu, and Head & Dean of Commerce and Business Management- Dr Deepa Sharan, graced the occasion.
The event unfolded with an enlightening motivational discourse by Dr Piyush Ranjan, shedding light on the significance of Rajyoga Meditation and its multifaceted benefits.
The spotlight then shifted to the Chief Guest, BK Ruchi, who journeyed through the essentials of meditation – its conceptualization, methods, and its integration into our day-to-day lives. BK Ruchi, hailing from Hyderabad, brought a fresh perspective to the practice.
