Jamshedpur, November 3: A26-year-old woman Shilpi Kumari, resident of New Gwala Basti of Sonari police station area of Jamshedpur, committed suicide by hanging herself at her maternal house.
It is said that about three years ago, Shilpi was married to a man named Abhiraju. After marriage, there were disputes with her in-laws and husband and there used to be frequent fights.
It is said that her husband had a phone conversation with Shilpi Kumari and during that conversation something was said, after which she committed suicide by hanging herself in her parents’ home. A case of abetment to suicide has been filed against the husband and in-laws. Sonari police is investigating the matter.
