Jamshedpur, July 24: DBMS English School known for producing toppers has once again put up a good show in the ICSE and ISC exam result which were declared on Saturday afternoon.
Amogh Bhasker Joshi of DBMS and Akriti Giri of Hill Top School were declared joint Jharkhand toppers in ISC class 12 commerce exam. They were declared joint toppers scoring 99.25% marks.
In ICSE 176 students appeared for the exam and the school achieved 100 % pass percentage. 96 students scored an overall average percentage of 90% and above. Six students topped the school with 98% marks while 78 students scored 80 % and above marks while 2 students scored between 70 to 79%.
Kumar Sujal, Aastha Sinha, Vir Pareek, Naman Kumar, Vatsal Shrivastava and Priyansh Panchal were the joint ICSE topper scoring 98 %. Yuvraj Singh Bhatia was second scoring 97.8 % marks while third spot was jointly bagged by Hemant Singh, Md. Abiyaz Alam, Udit Agarwal and Yatharth Raj scoring 97.4 % marks.
In ISC Class 12 – 137 students appeared for the exam and cleared it. 73 students scored an overall average percentage of 90% and above (52 Students from the Science Stream and 21 from the Commerce Stream). Raghav Subramanian topped the Science Stream with 99.25% and Amogh Bhasker Joshi topped the Commerce Stream with 99.25%. Rishav Prasad was second in ISC Science stream scoring 98 % while Ekeshwar Aditya was third with 97.5 % marks.
In ISC Commerce Stream Shridhar Agarwal was the second topper scoring 98.75 % while Khushi Agarwal was third with 97.75 % marks.
The lowest percentage secured by the student in ISC is 80%.
