Jamshedpur Winter: No respite from chill any time soon

Jamshedpur, Jan 9: Chilling winter weather will continue to give goosebumps to citizens for another few days. A weather forecast said there would be no respite from the chill till 10^th January. On Tuesday, the weather will remain almost the same. Foggy weather would be cleared after some time. The weather conditions would continue till 13^th January.

According to weather scientist Abhishek Anand of Ranchi IMD Centre, “Snowfall at the mountains is leading to chilly weather in the North West region as cold winds are entering Jharkhand through New Delhi, UP and Bihar. After 10^th January, minimum temperature would rise by two to three degrees. On 14^th and 15^th January, the city would be coered by fog. Partially cloudy weather is expected. After 17^th January, people would get respite from the chilly weather.”
