Jamshedpur: Two arrested in Agrico loot case

Jamshedpur, Oct 4: City police arrested two persons in connection with the loot of Rs 1.3 lakh, one mobile phone and a two-wheeler from a trader near Agrico on 27^th September last. They also recovered the looted scooter and mobile phone from the possession of the accused persons.

Those arrested were identified as Abdul Kalam Sah alias Abbas, resident of Jhargram, and Mohammad Shahnawaz, resident of Mayurbhanj.

SSP Anoop Birtharay said a team led by DSP Pawan Kumar arrested the accused persons on the basis of technical and other evidence. The police team recovered Rs 4300 cash and mobile phones used by the criminals.
