Jamshedpur tribal family gets possession of land on High Court�s order

Jamshedpur : A large plot next to Ashiana Garden, under MGM police station area of Mango, was handed over to the tribal family by the district administration on the orders of the Jharkhand High Court. The land was occupied by Munna Khan, a resident of Mango Azadnagar. Pandey Singh Sardar and his family fought a legal battle against him at the lower court and the Jharkhand High Court. The decision came in favor of the family after a 10-year long battle. Subsequently, possession was obtained under the CNT Act.

Policemen, including Circle Inspector Chakradhar Mahato of Mango, were present on the occasion. The land is about 70 decimals. The land is adjacent to the Mango Dimna Check National Highway 33. This land was known as Pandey Singh Sardar. Munna Khan was claiming that land. After winning the case, Savita Singh Sardar of Pandey Singh Sardar took over after measuring the land. He said justice has prevailed. Two criminals belonging to the Paramjeet gang, who are involved in the purchase and sale of land in Mango, are currently on the lookout.
