Jamshedpur, June 14: Swadeshi Jagran Manch Mahanagar will hold a one-day district conference on Sunday, June 15, at Chamber Bhawan in Bistupur. The event will be inaugurated by CA Dhanpatram Agarwal, All India Co-convenor of Swadeshi Jagran Manch, based in Kolkata. Around 300 delegates from the city are expected to attend.
The conference will feature four sessions. Registration will begin at 9:30 AM, with the inaugural session starting at 10:30 AM. Dhanpatram Agarwal will speak on India’s current economic scenario and the vision of a prosperous nation. In the second session, key speakers will include Annadashankar Panigrahi (on Swadeshi and Self-reliance), Bandeshankar Singh (on Sustainable Development), and Manoj Kumar Singh (on Self-reliance in Cottage Industries).
The third session will focus on pressing urban issues such as sanitation, traffic management, rising drug abuse, and law and order, with proposals expected to be passed based on discussions. The final session will review the organization’s structure and lay out plans for the coming year.
The announcement was made at a press conference by Manoj Kumar Singh, Amit Mishra, Pankaj Singh, Dr. Anil Rai, Rajpati Devi, and Mukesh Thakur. Activists Vikas Jaiswal, Kanchan Singh, Dev Kumar, Ghanshyam Das, Adarsh Kumar, Mukesh Kumar, and T.V.R. Raju were also present.
