Jamshedpur, July 17: Under the Swachh Bharat Mission (Grameen), the objective of creating awareness among people about “Swachh Survekshan Grameen 2023” an awareness chariot was flagged off on Monday.
Deputy Development Commissioner East Singhbhum Manish Kumar flagged off the chariot on Monday. This chariot will make people aware of cleanliness by going to the villages of different blocks of the district.
Under the Swachh Survekshan Gramin 2023, cleanliness will be assessed in the villages/village panchayats identified by the national level organization. On the basis of whose direct assessment, excellent gram panchayats will be rewarded at the state and national level.
