Chandan Chess Academy organises Summer Chess Coaching Camp
Jamshedpur, June 14: Chandan Chess Academy (CCA), Sonari organised summer Chess Coaching Camp for school kids with the aim to sharpen the talent of the upcoming chess players and motivate to take up sport as a career.
The camp held from 12th May to 12th June 2023 saw participation of 30 students. The camp provided aspiring chess players with an opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge in the game during summer break.
Amid extreme heat conditions, students learnt various aspects of chess, including opening strategies, middle game tactics, endgame techniques, and positional understanding.
Participants receive personalized attention and guidance to improve their gameplay and analytical abilities.
FA Chandan Kumar Prasad, Head Coach, Chandan Chess Academy trained the kids and gave divulging tips on how to play with the game assessment and judgment.
“We trained the kids in strategies, and improve their end game tactics. Also guide the students on how to move from opening to middle game,” said Chandan.
On the concluding day of the camp all the participants were felicitated and awarded certificates.
