Jamshedpur, March 11: SSP Dr M Tamil Vanan on Thursday inaugurated a reception lounge in Bagbera police station. Lauding OC Rajesh Kumar Singh’s initiative, Dr M Tamil Vanan observed, “The police department does not have any allotted funds for such purposes. The construction of the reception lounge speaks highly of the Bagbera police station OC’s desire and drive.”
The SSP said that there were a lot of pending issues pertaining to police station buildings in the district which would be looked into shortly. He informed that correspondence on the issue were on with the police headquarters.
Those present on the occasion included City SP Subhash Chandra Jat, DSP Akram, Bagbera PS OC Rajesh Kumar Singh, Burmamines PS OC Raju and other police officials.
