Jamshedpur, Sep 1: A group of 15 unidentified people reportedly stole away the board bearing the name of Sreeleathers installed at Kamani Cenre, Bistupur late yesterday night. An FIR was registered with the Bistupur police station in this connection here on Thursday on the information of Sukhdev Seth, an old staff of Sreeleathers, Bistupur.
As per the complaint, the accused persons went to the terrace area of the building and removed the board. The board was removed once earlier during painting of the building. But this time it has been removed on purpose, said Sukhdev in the complaint.
The Sreeleather management has demanded a thorough probe into the incident and blamed J Kamani, proprietor of Kamani Centre, for the incident.
