Jamshedpur: The Pro-Am event of the Tata Steel Tour Championship 2024 was won by Delhi-based professional Shaurya Bhattacharya and his team.
Shaurya led his team to victory in the Pro-Am event with a total score of 52. Shaurya’s team consisted of amateurs Mr. Shantanu Verma, Ms. Taamanna Jeet Singh and Ms. Monika Luktuke.
Faridabad-based professional Abhinav Lohan’s team finished runner-up with a total of 52.7. Abhinav’s team was made up of amateurs Dr. Baljit Singh, Mr. Dheeraj Jha and Mr. Nipam Mehta.
The Closest to the Pin contest on Hole No. 1 was won by Mr. Sarajit Jha whose tee shot landed three feet from the pin.
The Closest to the Pin contest on Hole No. 17 was won by Dr. Rita Jha whose tee shot landed 14 foot and eight inches from the pin.
The Straight Drive contest on Hole No. 8 was won by Ms. Maya Choudhary who landed it on the line drawn on the centre of the fairway.
The Straight Drive contest on Hole No. 14 was won by Mr. Gaurav Rungta who landed it half an inch from the centre of the fairway.
