Jamshedpur School manager gets RI for raping minor

Seraikela, Feb 16: The court of Additional District Judge (ADJ) I Amit Shekhar sentenced Munna Prasd, proprietor cum manager of New Ideal Public School, Satvahini, Adityapur, to rigorous life imprisonment for raping a minor teacher of his school. It also imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 on him. A 17 year old minor girl had lodged a complaint against the accused with the Adityapur police station. She had alleged that the accused had promised to give her job and raped her multiple times. She later learnt that the accused had similarly raped several other girls. The accused also allegedly threatened her and posted her photographs on social media.
