Jamshedpur, Nov 14: Jamshedpur East MLA and Jamshedpur West NDA candidate Saryu Roy took a moment of rest and reflection after an intense election campaign. At 74, Roy began his day early, engaging in yoga and visiting Telco’s Bhuvaneshwari Temple for a peaceful prayer session, sharing that he was “grateful for the support” received during his campaign. After performing the puja, Roy inaugurated a blood donation camp organized by the Shiv Bhakt Parivar in Telco, actively participating and encouraging community contributions.
Following the inauguration, Roy visited the new Lakshmi Narayan Temple in the Cable Company Area—a project he personally initiated—to inspect its progress and meet with local supporters. He then returned home to spend time with close friends and family.
After a brief afternoon rest, Roy expressed his gratitude to voters, saying, “The love and support I received from the people of Jamshedpur West is deeply appreciated.” When asked about his election prospects, he stated, “It’s uncertain, but the workers report good voter turnout. We are thankful to everyone who supported us.” Roy’s calm day reflects both his commitment to the community and a hopeful anticipation of the election results.
