Over 5000 register for the Run on Nov 5
Jamshedpur, Nov 2: As Tata Steel gears up for the eighth edition of the Jamshedpur Run-a-thon, an Expo is being organised from November 3-4, 2023 at JRD Tata Sports Complex. The expo will be inaugurated tomorrow at 10:00 am.
Various brands such as Sketchers, the official Running Partner for the Run and Fast&Up, the official Energy Partner for the Run along with Organic Foods, Groats, Renault, SDM Motor World (NEXA), Steel Designs by UEPL, Ramada, Sa-Ni-Sa products and Gardenia will be participating in the expo.
T-shirts and BIB distribution will also be done at the expo on November 3- 4 between 9:00 am-1:30 pm and 2:30 pm-6:30 pm. During the expo, athletes will also get to interact with the pacers who will be accompanying them during the run.
The run will be flagged-off by Asian Games Silver Medallist- Jyothi Yarraji on November 5, 2023 (Sunday) at 6 am at JRD Tata Sports Complex.
Over 5000 runners have registered for the Run in various categories.
On Sunday, November 5, the roads marked in the route map starting from and returning to JRD Tata Sports Complex, via CH Area to Marine Drive shall be closed tentatively for the public on account of the scheduled event.
