Jamshedpur reports 3 corona deaths, 80 test positive

Jamshedpur, Oct 12: Three COVID-19 deaths were reported in Jamshedpur on Monday while 80 people tested positive for the virus taking the total tally to 14,961.  

Positive tally has climbed to 14,961 while the death toll has reached 337 with 3 deaths on Monday, October 12. 106 people recovered of the virus taking the total recovery to 13207 while total active cases in Jamshedpur are 1417.        

The district administration spokesperson informed that 80 corona positives have been identified in the East Singhbhum district on Monday. East Singhbhum district administration has conducted 85574 test per million in the district. The mortality rate in East Singhbhum district is 2.3 % while recovery rate has climbed to 89%.

In Jharkhand 11 people died of the virus while 510 were reported positive on Monday. The death toll has reached 798 while positive tally has reached 93,035. 890 people recovered of the virus in Jharkhand on Monday. The active cases are 7776.
