Jamshedpur: Protest mars eviction drive of Mango civic authorities

Jamshedpur, June 22: A team of Mango Municipal Corporation which had gone to demolish four shops which had allegedly encroached on the Dimna Road in Mango on Tuesday had to return following protest by the BJP leader Vikash Singh. 

The BJP leader said that first the administration should allot them shops in the identified vending zones before demolishing their shops. The leader also protested at identifying of only four shops whereas several shops are operating from alongside the roads in  Mango.

The BJP leader warned of agitation if the civic authorities continued with their plans of demolishing shops.
