Jamshedpur, August 10: Police of MGM police station pasted an advertisement on Thursday at the house of Rahul Kumar Dubey, who lives near Suman Hotel, Hill View Colony, under MGM police station.
In this case, Rahul’s wife Riya Gope had registered a case of dowry harassment on 14 October 2022 at the MGM police station. After registering the case, Rahul absconded to escape from the police. Riya had told the police that she was in a love affair with Rahul. Later both of them got married. Instead of taking him to his home, Rahul used to keep him in a rented house in Gokulnagar.
Gradually, he started pressurizing her to bring dowry and in the meanwhile started fighting, after which she lodged an FIR. Here, Rahul has been ordered to appear in the court as soon as possible.
