Jamshedpur police arrests main abductor from Patna

Jamshedpur, June 20: Mango police has arrested Rahul Ranjan an accused in the abduction of Birsanagar Zone Number 7 resident Rajvir Singh, from Buddha Colony in Boring Canal Road area of Patna. 
The accused was staying with his girl friend at his friend flat in Patna and police has arrested his girl friend too. 
The accused a native of Mokammah district of Bihar and was staying in Mango in Jamshepdur and a case of abduction had been lodged by Rajvir Singh’s father at Mango thana against Rahul Ranjan
According to police, Rahul Ranjan girl friend was a distant sister of Rajvir Singh and was already married. Rajvir Singh used to object to their relationship and had sent his sister to his husband in Goa. This was not liked by Rahul Ranjan and a conspiracy was hatched on April 28 and Rajvir was called near Big Bazaar in Mango and was taken in a car to Ranchi and then to Monghyr in Bihar and forced Rajvir to call his sister in Goa who was his girl friend and asked her to come to Monghyr and as soon as the girl friend agreed to come to Monghyr they let Rajvir Singh sit on a train at Monghyr Station leaving for Bokaro in Jharkhand from where he was recovered by police and an accomplice in his abduction was also arrested by the police, But so far Rahul Ranjan had managed to evade arrest. 
Based on technical cell his location was found in Patna and with help of local police he was nabbed.
