Jamshedpur police arrest fraud from Indore

Jamshedpur, Aug 26: Jugsalai police have arrested Jeevan, accused of duping Rs eight lakhs 35 thousand rupees from Rajendranagar police station area of Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Taking him on transit remand, the police reached Jamshedpur on Thursday. After the process of interrogation, he was presented in the Jamshedpur Court from where he was ordered to be sent to judicial custody.
The accused is originally a resident of Saver police station area of Madhya Pradesh. An FIR of cheating had also been registered against him in Ajmer police station of Rajasthan on June 25.
Inspector Tarun Kumar of Jugsalai police station said that Ashok Kumar Agarwal had lodged an FIR in Jugsalai police station on June 6 against a cheating  incident. In the complaint to the police, Agarwal said that the owner of Star India Made Life of Indore had put an advertisement related to the sale of medical equipment on the internet media. The deal was settled. After the deal, he sent eight lakh 35 thousand 634 rupees to the bank account provided by the owner of Made Life, but the accused did not send the goods. His mobile phones were also switched off. There was no contact. After the FIR, the police started the investigation. The accused gas also confessed to the crime of interrogation.
