Jamshedpur Mukhi Samaj delegation narrates problems to MP

Jamshedpur, March 9: A delegation representing the Central Mukhi Samaj met MP Bidyut Baran Mahato at his Bistupur office to discuss various issues affecting the community. During the meeting, the leaders highlighted the challenges faced by Mukhi community members in obtaining caste certificates. They emphasized that the lack of land ownership and difficulties in obtaining caste certificates had deprived many, especially the youth, of government schemes and constitutional rights. Referring to a previous directive from the State Government’s Department of Personnel, Administration, and Official Language dated February 25, 2019, they urged for local investigations to be conducted at the Circle Officer office level for the issuance of caste certificates. MP Bidyut Baran Mahato attentively listened to the concerns raised by the Mukhi community representatives. Central President Hari Mukhi, Executive President and Bhalubasa chief Paresh Mukhi, along with Mujim Mukhi, Dhiraj Mukhi, Vikas Mukhi, and others, were present during the discussion.
