Jamshedpur, Feb 10: Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahato on Wednesday met the railway board chairman Sunit Sharma and continued to remind about the longstanding demands pertaining to railways in his parliamentary constituency.
The prominent demands included direct train services between Tatanagar to Buxar, Jainagar (Karnataka), Bangalore resumption of train services between Tatanagar and Bhagalpur and early completion of rail line between Chandil-Patamda and Bandwan, Jhargram.
The railway board chairman listened to all the old demands and assured to take up the issues with the concerned railway board general managers and initiate steps to address the issues at the earliest.
