Jamshedpur, March 31: Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Varan Mahto along with his family members met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday.
While Bidyut presented a bouquet, his mother Sushila Devi,presented a shawl. The Prime Minister requested her to bless for doing better work.
Jamshepdur MP mother said that her blessings are always on the Prime Minister so that he can continue working for the poor. Prime Minister met each of the family members including MP’s wife Usha Mahato, son- Kunal Mahto, daughter- Shalini Mahto and sister-in-law – Ankita Mahto.
Later Bidyut Mahto separately discussed on various issues and submitted three memorandums to the Prime Minister pertaining to issues of Jamshedpur Lok Sabha constituency.

The memorandums hinged on providing irrigation facility from pump canal of Swarnrekha project for Patmada area under East Singhbhum district. So that irrigation facility can be made available in about 12000 to 15000 hectares, establishment of a medical college and hospital at Ghatshila or Adityapur through the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation and demanded for the establishment of industry related to rail, defence or automobile industry, tractor etc. in Adityapur industrial area of Jharkhand state so that the units of industrial sector do not have to face crisis during recession.
The MP also requested to facilitate for the construction of airport at Dhalbhumgarh, construction of new railway line via Chandil-Bodam-Katin-Bandwan and between Chaibasa to Hata-Musabani-Dumaria-Asti- Gudabandha-Koima to Mumbai outpost of Orissa by transferring the state road to NH-6 to the National Highway. Their meeting lasted almost half an hour in total at the residence of the Prime Minister’s Office in the Lok Sabha.
